Delivery Time
To provide you with the best service, we strive to process your order as quickly as possible. The total delivery time consists of two parts:
- Order Cut-off Time: Place your order before 2:00 PM (CET) on a business day, and processing will begin the same day.
- Handling Time: We process and pack your order within 24 hours (1 business day) in our warehouse.
- Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery to Ireland typically takes 4 to 6 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 7 business days (Monday – Friday).
Easy & Free Returns
We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returning it is simple and free:
- Free Return Label: You can return the package using the free return label included in your package.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a Tracking Number. This allows you to follow the status of your delivery online. Please note: deliveries take place on business days (Monday to Friday).
